I'm a literature teacher based in Italy, a first-time mom, and a lifelong lover of words. Books have always been my way of making sense of the world — and of myself.
Why This Book?
I wrote Relax, Mom. You Are Awesome! because I needed to hear those words too. Becoming a mom shook me, softened me, and stretched me in ways I never expected. This book is my way of reaching out to other moms with honesty, humor, and a little reminder: you're not alone.
